Scott grew up in the Susquehanna Valley and joined the team at Emmanuel in 2019. He is married to Lindsey and they have two sons, Weston and Eli. Scott graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor's Degree in Bible and Youth Ministry and earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Capital Seminary. He spent more than a decade in ministry at LBC, serving in the Admissions Office and in Student Life. He has also served full-time in the local church in both Men's Ministry and Small Groups.
The Boyers love camping, hiking, home renovations, and most sports. Scott is a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, loves to create things with his hands, and enjoys really good conversation. God has given Scott a deep desire to disciple and equip others to be confident in the faith and ministry and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in the areas God has placed each of us.
