Elders are elected to three-year terms at Emmanuel. They chair or serve on various church committees.
The men currently serving as elders at Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church are:
Tim Brosious serves as the President of the Financial Officers. He also serves on the Scholarship Committee, leads a Growth Group and serves on the Preschool Committee and on the Membership Committee.
Roy Burns serves as the Secretary of the Board of Elders and is the Cordinator of the Upward Sports Football. He also serves on the Outreach Committee.
Doug Gaugler serves on the Pastoral Relations Committee. Doug is a Worship Leader as well.
Gene Mitchell serves as the Treasurer of the Financial Officers.
Thad Mitchell is on the Pastoral Relations Committee and is Adult Sunday School Teacher. He also leads a Growth Group.
Joe Myers is the Assistant Secretary for the Board of Elders and serves as the Elder contact for the Board of Deacons.
Joey Schmitt is the Secretary of the Financial Officers and chairs the Missions Committee. Joey also regularly teaches Sunday School in our Adult Sunday School classes.
Greg Stout is on the Pastoral Relations Committee and is the Chairman of the Audio/Visual Team. He also serves on the Worship Team.
